Reading the book was a wild ride but listening to Zachary Webber and Zara Hampton Brown took it to an all new level of perfection! Loved every moment and all the characters! I love the fact that Jolie includes the McRae's and Fitzroy's!! I am on the edge waiting for Burn!!!

I loved the book and couldn’t wait for the audio!

Zachary Webber and Zara Hampton did a great job bringing not only Scar and Breeze to life but also the other characters.

Scar and Breezes story is a little darker then the past two books, But also this particular series is dark and we’re at the height of the plot so of course things escalated. I can’t give too much detail because it really would spoil the plot… but you need to read this series! (In order)

Just when I thought the author had done enough to this found band of brothers, she drops this book into the universe. Bam! Scar starts up right as the Sin wraps up. Strap on a helmet and hang on because this book takes the characters and the reader on a ride. The story continues from the previous books in the Dark Island Scots series, so fair warning you need to read the others before starting this one.
This story focuses on Camden, loveable artist and brother trying to survive against the odds and Breeze a woman looking for her sister. This story definitely has a darker element than the other two as the mystery behind the McInver brothers gets even more twisted than before. Honestly I cannot say enough about this story. What a ride. I have no clue what the author is going to do to wrap up this series but I am here for it.

I absolutely love Zachary Webber's narration. He is perfection.

Mind blown, heart shredded and now desperately waiting for Burn’s story! Each book in this series has ripped at my heartstrings, been just that bit darker, addictive and enjoyable. Scar has had a childhood that eerily mirrors each of his brother’s experiences. They unfortunately share a depraved pervert as their sire, a man with a far reach and too many friends or cronies who do his bidding and have similar interests. Scar’s attraction to Breeze has him believing he is a chip off the old block, doomed to spiral into the depraved depths in which his sire is mired. Even with that worry in his head, Scar can’t control his attraction to Breeze or his deep need to help and protect her as she seeks out her own answers. Their chemistry is too hot to be contained, a trait shared by his brothers and the women who have sparked their interest and claimed a place in their hearts. As they all work together in order to find Burn, little Cassie and now Breeze’s sister, they must confront their pasts, the dredges of society, as well as the filth. The fact that they can count on each other is one of the few blessings that has been bestowed on this group that now calls itself a family. This gritty, wonderfully twisty book ends on another cliff hanger that spurs the need to read Burn’s book to find outs what happens next.

The narrators give life to the wonderfully fascinating characters the author created for her readers. Each character has nuance, a distinct sound and cadence. The accent…..OMG! I can’t wait to read and hear the next book! I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

I have read this book and I loved it. Then I decided to listen to it and it made me live it more! Zachary and Zara are amazing on narrating this book. It’s not forced or silly. The spice ❤️‍🔥.
Listening to this book made me pick up on details i missed when reading. But it’s cont always easy to keep a straight face listening…
