Informative and Educational

The Science of Breath was one of our book for yoga teacher training at Gratitude Hot Yoga. Very helpful a must read for anyone who want to know more about the breath.

Ignites Deeper Interest in the Breath

This book gives A tantalizing taste of the depth and breadth of something that we take for granite throughout life. Great introductory material on meditation and The value of vital forces within every breath we take. It has inspired me to study more, practice and seek a teacher in Pranayama.
