Now that her mother is dead, Lilly is the last of her kind.

A Seeker.

Tasked with seeking the lost crystals of Faerie, she must restore her broken and barren world to its former glory.

But the crystals that keep Faerie alive have been stolen by the Sons of Darkness and are hidden on Earth. It's up her to get them back by any means necessary.

She has everything under control and plans to bring the first crystal back, when she meets him - Liam - a Son of Darkness.

He's the most dangerous kind, with black wings that smoke and eyes that have seen death. She must kill him, kill him and take the crystal, but she can't.

Hooked into the storyline

First of all, Vanessa Moyen is by far my favorite narrator! The book itself was great as well. Lily is a string min character and loyal to her people. I can't wait to read the next one!

Seeking the Fae

OMG! Leia Stone just rocked my whole world! This book is intense. I will never be the same. Lily and Liam both fighting to save the people and worlds they love. This book almost ripped me apart with that cliffhanger! I can't wait for book 2. Vanessa Moyen did an amazing job as usual!

Lily is awesome.

My favorite narrator killed it again. Not sure I need to say anymore on that.

It sucks that the book had to start off so sad. But I think it will help the FMC be the hero to all. I'm pretty sure this book brought more questions than it answered. So many secrets! I have to know more.

Who is Liam protecting?! What's with the elders? Mermaids? What will happen next?!

Love this!

Leila has done it again, she has brought this magical world into reality. I have enjoyed many of her books, and loved this one. Vanessa as always does an amazing job with the narration. Can’t wait to see what comes next.

Great Beginning

I really love Leia Stone books and this is no different. I get a little annoyed that the main character isn't sharing things with her moms best friend or her because I feel like she can trust them. I really hope there is some way to keep both worlds from falling apart. I love the love interest 💕... I always go for the bad boy.

An entertaining story that pulled me in!

This was such an entertaining story! I'm a sucker for fae and loved the focus on light vs dark. The sassiness and strength of the characters and the inclusion of crystals within the world drew me into the story. I did find it started a little slow, but after a couple chapters, I was easily lost in the pages until the end. I liked the twists and the characters challenging the status quo. I really enjoyed this and look forward to the next book. I also felt the narrator did a great job. I love how Moyen captures the characters' personalities and infuses the emotions of the story into her performance. It went beyond the pages and really brought the story to life for me.

Basic

As one who is very well versed in all things fantasy and Fae this was something I was excited to find and read. How disappointed I was.
The story and characters lack depth. Yes, depth is built on a character level usually over several novels in this genre but the main character was rushed and basic.
The writing was rushed and it felt like the author maybe left her thesaurus somewhere and couldn't think of any better words than the F word to use over, and over, and over again. Folks this is not a children's book as it is so labeled.
This may possibly be the only fantasy series that I start and don't finish.
The narrator was the only thing that saved it.

Good story

Story is very good, as always, Vanessa is the best. However, in my opinion, the use of the "F word" is NOT necessary. It does nothing for the story.

People seem to have zero respect for what comes out of their mouths.
