Should be a required listen for all men
Even if your self esteem and confidence is already high, there is much to be gleaned from this. For me, I didn't realize how low my esteem had become until giving this a listen. This meaty audio book is presently clearly and concisely. Within hrs of starting, I already began recognizing and changing self destructive thoughts and behaviors. Highly recommended.

This is one amazing book!
I am a big masculine man but I get scared when I am talking to women. My throat locks up and I start sweating and I just turn into a big mess. However since I started reading "Self Esteem for Men", my whole dating life has changed. I am no longer as shy as I once was and now I can get any woman that I want. Thanks Christian Ford!

GREAT READ FOR MEN!
I got this book for my husband and he really liked it. He said that he is glad to know he's not alone in feeling inadequate at times as a man and that this book showed him ways to overcome feelings of not being good enough in a dog eat dog world.

From Beta to Alpha
As a male that struggles, with self image issues, insecurity, social anxiety, and shyness, this book is exactly what i needed. I've been reading this book for a little bit, and i can already see improvements in social situations among many other things. i still cant believe how much this book has helped me improve over the time i have been reading it.

info is great but...
the information shared in this book is spit on and will help you. concentrate on the steps it tells you to take and you will improve your life. however....the narrator, really cheesy. almost makes the book sound like a joke. makes the book hard to get through.
