That has been a very quick way to change my negative thoughts into more uplifting and positive ones on those days where everything is grey. When I lack motivation, this audio helps bring it back. It's wonderful for me. Love it!

I love the affirmations but I realized that this book actually puts me to sleep in a good way. I listen to it when I wake up in the middle of the night with negative thoughts and can’t sleep. I always fall asleep somewhere during chapter 1 and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day.

I enjoy the affirmations here a lot. I often have negative thoughts sneak in after listening to office gossip, sitting in traffic, running late-but it's nice to drop all that as an excuse to think more positively.

The background music is on a 5 second loop. It started out OK and then it made me so tense I had to return the book. How can anyone stand the same sound over and over every five seconds? I am more tense than when I started this meditation!
