The Most Useful Audible Book I’ve Purchased

This is the most useful (and applicable) audiobook I have ever listened to on any specific topic—and I’ve listened to many. This is, by far, the best book I have come across for improving one’s singing voice. The book comes with an additional PDF and audio samples that can be downloaded from the author’s website, including vocal warmup exercises, that I do nearly every day while I’m driving. Roger Love stepped up and delivered more than he promised with this audiobook. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to improve their singing and/or their speaking voice.

Parts seem to be missing from the audible edition

Although the "audible" is well done, it refers to sections of a CD? like section 18 for women to practice sounds, that I cannot find on the PDF. Without these sections, it is impossible to follow. Can someone please provide?

A decent book

It's a long book and takes time to understand the various aspect of voice. May be a voice teacher could be a better choice.

Thanks to Roger Love, my voice is set free!

I was not surprised when I came across the ad for Roger Love’s webinar of “Voice of Success” as my inner voice was like a bird caged in my chest for most of my life since I was a shy and introvert by nature but I knew I have to find a way to set the bird free. For a long time writing was the only way for me to communicate with the world and primarily with myself but as I was admiring any great speaker for their ability to enrich the lives of their listeners with the content as well as the captivating way of speaking or listening to all good singers and feeling that I could sing like them only if I was at the right place and time and having a good coach to help me to perform like them and all of a sudden I was going through Roger’s webinar and feeling that at last the bird will be setting free!

Great all around

There's plenty of listening and exercises. It's really a very good book. If you're already a musician you may be able to learn just from the book. Practice habits and nuances will always be best attained through face-to-face interactions like private lessons. This is as good as a book can be and helped me loads.

It solves problems

It gives many tips and fixes for singing and spraking. Two criticisms: It shows how to sound happy and confident, but if I don't feel happy and confident, then I think it's more moral to sound as I feel. And second it ignores rock and metal screams. I know it might not be perfectly healthy but some people just want to do it.
