Good content, not enough practical examples. Trying too hard to sell their monthly subscription app.

I thought the concept was interesting but the book basically boiled down to most of the later chapters ending with a sales pitch to download their subscription app. I went to actually download it and decided not to because of the app ratings. Overall, it’s worth listening to the middle of the book - speed 1.2 or 1.5 - maybe 2x if you are quick.

I would recommend this book to anyone. We spend so much time in our heads not even realizing if it’s positive or negative.

Easy listening w/ life changing advice

The simple explination reminded me of a componente in brains; the (RAS) which is a network of neurons that helps the brain filter out stimuli via pattern recognition by filtering out "unnecessary" information and highlighting "relevant" cues. The auxiliary help outside of the audio book itself was very much appreciated and understated.

Its practicality it was very straight forward & easy to understand/apply.

This book is an absolute need for any self improvement book. And on top of that, it has interviews with the author that offer more insight.

Would 100% recommend to anyone!
