Pruden is okay. Story is great

I was worried Cale was going to be a stiff character with a stoic personality. Luckily Cale has more depth to him than that and is able to express other emotions. He has people he cares about and isn’t afraid to feel things. Pruden was okay. I hated his narration of the first Elminster book, and he had a tendency to make weird inflections here and there. It felt like he was reading out loud for the first time. But I have heard worse and I think he’s gotten better.

Great book

Great book, narrator is the same as the other Erevis Cale books. I wish the other books in this series used the same guy instead of the horrible ones they use.
