this is especially aimed at groups. I didn't really like the author, she was very plain and monotone. the ending was terrible. however the content itself is worth buying and using.

I appreciate the practice shared here, and the delivery doesn’t quite work for me. It feels a bit like being commanded to have a journey without heart, emotion or warmth, as though we’re reading a script for a journey without any emotion through intonation or felt sense presence. I would benefit from a slower pace with breath between “commands” to also be with the experience.

Pretty standard guided meditation. 3 would have been happier if there was a drum which is commonly used in Shamanic journeys. I was hoping for this and the lack of caused disappointed as the drum draws you very quickly to a tribal and basic state. I find that it centers me extremely fast. I like it better than the ohm sound.
