I feel asleep - it did its job!

The beginning of the book gave great ideas about turning your bedroom back into a place of peace and rest. The actual walkthrough of going to sleep it was great to help your mind visualize and be restful. I fell asleep instantly after the walk through and the countdown.

Wow

Really noticed a difference after a few days. Subtle but impressive. I just started getting things done. No conscious struggle to try to get organized, it just started to happen. Did start to slide back when I didn't listen for a week but maybe after awhile it can become second nature.
