Slept like a baby

The narrator has a soothing voice that calmed me and got me to sleep. I felt great the next morning and started my day in a positive mood.

Why Announce Chapters?

Two chapters explaining why this works...ok, skip them the second time you listen. But she talks you to sleep and it is very soothing and then BAM "CHAPTER 4" is announced loudly. Wide awake. Then I listened to her talking and I believe I was supposed to be asleep, subconsciously absorbing what she was saying instead of laying there annoyed with binaural beats throbbing in my brain.

I would really have loved this if not for the stupidly times chapter announcements and reading of chapter titles in what is supposed to be a sleep meditation. Common sense? Missing.

audio is terrible

The audio on this book varies from soft to loud - keeping you from staying asleep
