Great positive reinforcement
This audiobook is great to fall asleep to, and the bonus of positive reinforcement can't hurt right?

Puts me to sleep.
If you are looking for something to help you sleep, this is it. I will set the timer for 30min and I always fall asleep before it’s up. Do I know what’s being said or if any of it is sticking in my head? Nope. But it puts me to sleep and that’s what I care about. I cannot listen to this during the day because of all the added sounds and the way the reader’s voice has been edited.. but it works amazingly at night. If you need help falling asleep, DL this book.
