In a sensitive and heart-rending memoir, Resnick tells how she found herself in the middle of the O. J. Simpson trial, "Trial of the Century", because of her attempt to defend the truth concerning the murder of her friend. In the end, Resnick chronicles her struggle to continue to act in Nicole Brown's behalf, and does much more than share one woman's story of recovery from drug addiction and loss.

You can agree with Faye or not, but her heart appears to have been in the right place in her fight for Nicole. Faye feels very strongly that OJ Simpson is guilty of the murder and speaks of the evidence that was excluded in trial, shady behind the scene events, and how being a beloved star in the 90s was enough for the general public to think someone could never be guilty of murder.
I enjoyed her story, detailing her experience before and after the trial, the funeral, and her relationship with OJ Simpson, Nicole Brown, their friend group - including Kris Kardashian, and the media frenzy whirling around them, including the numerous people who appeared to have never known Nicole in life, but certainly claimed to be an expert on her or one of her "best friends" to catch their 15 minutes of fame after her death.
If you have an interest in the OJ Simpson trial, this one is worth a listen. You can take Faye's story with a grain of salt if you wish, but I am inclined to believe most, if not all of her story. This appears to be at minimum how she believed things were.
