Dragons, wolves, magic, and more...

Welcome to Shifter's University!

Claire Pratten has a secret-one that she's never shared with a soul. Whenever she is frightened, her “other” self comes out. Normally she has no problem hiding what she is, but lately life at her foster home has gotten harder and keeping her secret is getting tougher.

Logan Fairmont is a dragon shifter and more than accustomed to looking out for himself--and others. In fact, he is one of the few Imperium University students tasked with spending weekends in the city, searching for young shapeshifters on the edge of revealing their magic to the human race. When he finds Claire, Logan knows she will need the help of the University and its teachers to blend into society.

He thinks he knows what she is.

But magic is never quite so simple.

Fox, Dragon and mermaids

I enjoyed this book! There was plenty of action, a little romance and a lot of strange going on.

This book has love, acceptance, betrayal and unique shifters

This book is awesome it made me laugh, cry, and angry. Claire is a victim of the Foster Care system she is abused by the one person she is supposed to rely on. When she gets the opportunity to escape she takes it with both hands little does she know her life is about to change.
Logan is a dragon shifters comes to get aid and no matter how hard he tries he can't help but fall for her. Victor is an evil water serpent who will stop at nothing to own her. The Dark Watch are a group of humans who are determined to eradicate all shifters. Who can Claire trust?

I enjoyed the book quite a bit, but not only is it left with a huge cliffhanger, but a bunch of unanswered questions as well. Please get the next one out ASAP!

confusing

It was really a struggle to finish this 1. While the narrator had a great voice there was no differentiations between her character's. I was constantly wondering who was supposed to be talking now. There were major potholes and no real character building.
