INCREDIBLE RESOURCE!!!

Great book for anyone interested in MTR
This is a great read for anyone looking to get into the MTR space. The authors provide great guidance on understanding the MTR strategy and how to manage once you get started. The fact that the authors incorporated their own personal story made the book even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this book to fellow investors.

Great resource!
My husband and I are just starting out in real estate investing. We are interested in MTRs and this book is so informative and has been extremely helpful. I love how they really go into specifics; everything from the breakdown of deals they have structured to what to buy when setting up the rental. Now I need in paperback
This book has so much information. It was a great listening! However, I definitely need a paperback so that I can highlight and underline and underscore all of the key import areas. This book has prompted us to purchase midterm rentals to add to our 50 unit portfolio. Great job ladies.

Good for people who are new
It's good for people new to short or medium-term rental. It has a ton of filler like talking about the benefits its not just this book i find it quite common. If I am listening to this booking isn't a good indicator that I am already convinced.
I did not find anything more than what you can find in youtube about these topics so listening to the book wasnt helpful to me.
