Story
Are you interested in real estate investing but there is nothing to buy that makes sense where you live? Are you tired of seeing the amazing success of others investing in markets better suited for buy and hold real estate and wish that could be you? Do you want to take advantage of wealth building opportunities but are frustrated by the fact there just isn't any way to do that until the next market crash? Real estate investing is one of the greatest vehicles to build wealth, but it doesn't make sense in every market. Some locations provide incredible returns, while others make it almost impossible to find a single property that profits. Traditionally, investing out of state has been considered risky and unwise.

Story
Real estate investors used to build wealth the hard way: slowly saving money and sacrificing their current happiness for a future reward. This method produces results in the long run but what if there's a better, more efficient way that works in years instead of decades? Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (BRRRR) is the five-part real estate investing strategy that makes financial freedom more attainable than ever: You buy a property under market value, add value with renovations, rent it out to tenants, complete a cash-out refinance, and then use that money to do it all over again.

Many Americans dream of financial freedom, but they're stuck in dead-end jobs and don't know how to get there. You don't need to be one of them. If you invested $35,000 in the stock market today, it could take 52 years for that investment to grow to $1 million. But if you invested that same amount into one single-family $140,000 rental property, it would only take 19 years. With just two rental properties, you could generate $417,000 in profit in just 10 years. Skeptical?

This book guides you through each financial, medical, and familial decision, from taking advantage of the employer match your company offers for your 401(k) program to enrolling in Medicare to discussing housing options with your family.

I had already been exploring some of these concepts on my own, but This was a nice and concise summary with some important concepts to keep in mind, as well as detailed info about how to get started right away for some of the strategies. I’m glad I listened at the very beginning of the year! These strategies are going to make a huge impact for us this year!
I also really like the narrator… he adds inflection to add stress in all the right places.

Worth every penny!
I was amazed at how much useful information can be packed into one book. There were so many useful strategies for various real estate categories and even information about taking advantage of retirement accounts that I never heard of. Everything was explained in easy to understand terminology and supplemented with example situations and how to resolve them. Highly recommend this book!

awesome book
great book with lots of details on strategies and how to implement them. I think the goal of this book is not to implement them yourself, but to be aware that these are items you could talk to your accountant about. Well worth the purchase.
