About this listen

Michael Wolff, author of the bombshell best seller Fire and Fury, once again takes us inside the Trump presidency to reveal a White House under siege.

With Fire and Fury, Michael Wolff defined the first phase of the Trump administration; now, in Siege, he has written an equally essential and explosive book about a presidency that is under fire from almost every side. A stunningly fresh narrative that begins just as Trump’s second year as president is getting underway and ends with the delivery of the Mueller Report, Siege reveals an administration that is perpetually beleaguered by investigations and a president who is increasingly volatile, erratic, and exposed.

Although less salacious (still juicy), this book is much easier to follow than Fire and Fury.

Better than Fire and Fury

Most of the time it was things we already knew. Trump is a nut without the squirrel.

Crazy in the White House.

not a real exciting choice of time. Longer than I would have liked, too redundant. not interesting. but very informative.

finished and glad.

It'd a miscarriage of justice to have this tax cheat, insubordinate, law breaking man free as s bird when children have been locked up for stealing a load of bread. Therr is no justice in America.

Why Isn't Trump Locked-Up? Anyone Else Would Have.

Of the 10 Trump books I’ve read, this was the most entertaining, if not the most in depth. It explores the roles some of the key figures had in the Administration in an amusing and sometimes laugh out loud way. While other books point out the ways in which the people around Trump tempered his worst instincts, this book focuses on the sheer incompetence not just of Trump, but of the third rate team that remained after the few adults quickly escaped the shit show.

The fact that the Administration could not attract or retain talented or even competent staff is a testament to Trump’s reputation as the worst, most incompetent, unmanageable most corrupt, dishonest and childish person to ever set foot in the oval office.

It is stunning that a person with so few attributes suitable for the position and no organization around him could attain the highest office in the land. Even Steve Brannon, who lasted only 8 months in the Administration after helping Trump win the election, predicted a two or four year term, expecting Trump to either be driven from office or to resign in disgrace.

All of this makes it all the more shocking that Trump is now on the verge of being reelected to a position for which he is so clearly unfit.

Entertaining and amusing account of the greatest shit show on earth.

Totally enjoyed learning the truth about what's going on in this most corrupt & treasonous administration. In my opinion, Trump is the anti-christ testing our democracy and the Constitution. Truth will prevail. It must.

Must read for every American!
