About this listen

He’s an alien assassin who has never known a female’s touch—until hers.

Abella hasn’t allowed four years of slavery to break her spirit, but after numerous failed escape attempts, the chances of making it home to her family seem bleak. That is until she shares a passionate, forbidden dance with a silent stranger. His piercing silvery eyes haunt her with a taste of hope.

Intense, mysterious, and deadly, Tenthil may be the key to Abella’s freedom. But as she finds herself increasingly drawn to him, she realizes the truth—Tenthil has no intention of taking her home.

excellent narration. Good storyline

An unusual storyline differnet from the usual alien abduction stories. I had already read the book, and I loved it. that is normally my criteria for purchasing an audio. in this case the narrator did an excellent job of bringing life and character into the various characters he is what brought the story to life in my opinion. great job

Tenthil

I'm so happy this series is finally being made in audio. Jamie Treselyan has this tendency to do this giggle thing that I dont love, but I do love Tenthil's voice and how it really does sound like his vocal cords are shredded.

The first half of the book can be a bit frustrating because Tenthil isn't a great communicator (for legit reasons which are well explored) and Abella isn't great at giving him time to communicate and instead just being upset. As a result the switch from "you kidnapped me" to "we are soulmates" is a bit jarring, but I honestly like this book enough to overlook it. I really like the secret society of assassins plot, there's a fun heist in there, and of course we get introduced to Arcanthus/ Alkorin who is fabulous. This is a fun read and just the beginning of a fun series.

Tenthil and Abella

Ok, I absolutely love that they ended up back on Earth and that it's far enough in the future that her family accepts them.

lots of spice and action!

I usually prefer dual narrators but I think this narrator did an amazing job with female voices most of the time. I didn't love the male main character's voice very much but there's a clear reason for his choice so accepted it. it really must have shredded his vocal cords! The story is good and world it's set on is fascinating. There's lots of spice and action!

Never a boring moment

This book was such a fun one. The world & characters are very descriptive I could see it in my mine as a movie. Another favorite from Tiffany Roberts. Can't wait to start the next book in this series.

So absolutely fabulous ♥️🔥♥️

I can’t stress enough how much I love Tiffany Roberts. Their books are so incredible! The world building is absolutely phenomenal and the characters are beautifully written and complex. After reading and or listening to this you will want to revisit the Infinite City again and again and again. Tenthil and Abella are so amazing you will be on the edge of your seat the entire time. The action is thrilling and the love story consuming.
Jamie Treselyan is now one of my very favorite narrators this man can do the Voices. Voice you want to hear over and over again. I am definitely going to be listening to more books as long as he’s reading them. This is one of my favorites thus far !! Highly recommend ♥️🥰😘😍🔥🔥

Broken but whole

I loved the world building and how close they grew pretty quickly after Abella was rescued. I love how tenthil was able to defeat all his enemies and still be true to his mate. I really felt bad since his voice is so shredded. This was a beautifully written story with a myriad of characters and their descriptions. it really kept me enthralled!
