Tate Gordon is the lead singer of Saving Tate, the hottest new rock band in Seattle. Having been mentored by music legends, Berrettini, for several years, the group are about to head out on their first world tour. Tate’s excited, but he’s struggling at the same time with the secrets he’s been keeping. His friends don’t know the truth about his youth or the confusion running through his head. Will Tate’s past destroy everything the group have been working for when his past returns in a chance encounter?
Zoey Danson is a hot commodity in the record industry, and her boss wants her to travel with one of his top clients, Saving Tate, as they embark on their world tour. She’s not entirely sure about being stuck on a tour bus with four famously horny men but mounting debts, thanks to her deadbeat mother, mean she doesn’t have a choice.
When Zoey ascends the steps of the tour bus, looking hot and carrying a clip board with a full itinerary, sparks instantly fly between her and Tate. Can these two keep it professional, or will their instant attraction lead to an explosive disaster no one could have foreseen?

Gideon Frost and Allie Martina tell us this story and they are fabulous. Frost voices Tate with the confidence of a rock star, and he adds his a warmth for Zoey and the pain when he is thinking of his past. Martina is fabulous as Zoey. Desperate of times, funny, loving and understanding all are emulated in her character. Loved this story and they way these two told it.
So easy to fall for this one!

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Anna Edwards could not have chosen a better cast to bring her characters and story to life. Allie Martina and Gideon Frost are superbly talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that fit the character’s persona, were believable in every role they played and sounding just as I pictured the characters would sound. Allie Martina took Zoey’s role and ran with it and made it her own, she grasped her every emotion and had you feeling every single one. Gideon Frost did the same for Tate, both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances an already great story to another level. Thank you for another amazing listen, you absolutely rocked it!!

The narrators did a great job reading this book. It was a quick listen.
Sing is book one in the Saving Tate Series. I felt like the story went by too fast in the sense that things were left out. For example, Tate all of a sudden stopped being a playboy and Zoey didn't question it. Maybe it's because it was a lighter story, but there wasn't a ton of conflict except for Zoey's mom. (Lighter, but also read triggers: suicide attempt, drug use, death)
If you want an instalove feel then this book is for you. The main characters are great and the other band members seem like wonderful people to be friends with. Their stories are being told in future books.

Overall, this wasn’t unpredictable. It was interesting that Zoey didn’t seem to register the potential career implications of hooking up with the lead singer of the band she’s PR manager for, or rather, it seemed a non-issue until after the fact. And the band even had very little issue with Tate and Zoey being together, having seen their connection and generally happy for Tate to find some happiness. Zoey’s difficult home situation, of course, does come back up to bite them, but Tate, and in turn the band’s, reaction was actually really great, and worked really well for the story.
Ultimately, Zoey and Tate have a great relationship arc, and the story is a nice kick off for a series of rock star romances for the rest of the band. This books does a good job of getting us familiar with all the band members, not just Tate, which makes you want to get all their stories in turn.
The audiobook is great, with dual narration by Allie Martina and Gideon Frost, two fantastic narrators who really know how to nail a character and pull out their emotions.
Rock Star romance with a good story and great spice
