About this listen

From the evil geniuses who brought you Bust comes a roller-coaster ride of suspense, mayhem, and vicious fun.

Max Fisher used to run a computer company; Angela Petrakos was his assistant and mistress. But that was last year. Now Max is reinventing himself as a hip-hop crack dealer, and Angela is back in Ireland hooking up with a would-be record setter - in the field of serial killing. Will their paths cross again?

A fun diversion.

Definitely a "beach" book. A pulpy, violent crime story about despicable
People who think they really awesome. I expected more from this in the Max And Angela series but it was a fun, entertaining read. Didn't expect social commentary or deliberation on the human condition.

not as funny as southpark and not a cartoon

it is not noir, just annoyingly kitch , corny , cliched. ken bruen may be one of my favorite authors but this confused me. like an exercise you can pump out in a couple hours bit of a rip
