Leadership skills for the real world.

Loved this book. Ended up buying a hard copy for future reference. No fluffy Kombi gimmicks.

Leading at the Lowest Local Level

Fascinating look into Army Small Unit leadership. Applies to just about any organization, civilian or not, and gives you an idea how to lead at the lowest local levels.

A perfect read for the Plt Cmdr and lower leader

This book does a great job of establishing the foundation for incoming junior officers and newly promoted NCOs. A great refresher for TBS graduates on a lot of things we forgot we learned

Terrible narrator

I assumed the author narrated this audio book because the performance was so cringeworthy. The content is great, but it was a pain to listen to. Just get a hard copy.
