Stan has never let his blindness hold him back, but he’s beginning to realise his love life is keeping him from moving forward.
He can’t remember a time when he wasn’t in love with his best friend. Rafferty is everything to him—his partner in crime, his confidante, and the person who understands him best. But Rafferty is incapable of reciprocating Stan’s feelings.
As a successful wedding planner, Rafferty is passionately committed to helping newlyweds begin their happily-ever-afters, but after a rootless childhood he’s equally determined not to seek his own. How can he trust in love and marriage when so many of his brides and grooms are repeat customers?
Stan is the glue that keeps the pieces of Rafferty’s life together, and as such Rafferty has always kept Stan safely in the friend box where he can’t lose him. However, lately that conviction has wavered and now Rafferty is bursting with complicated feelings for his best friend. The timing couldn’t be worse because Rafferty has realised he’s in love with Stan just as Stan is moving on.
From bestselling author Lily Morton comes a friends-to-lovers story about realising you have the perfect man when you’re on the brink of losing him.
This is the second book in the bestselling Confetti Hitched series, but it can be listened to as a standalone.

STORY: 4 Stars
I loved Rafferty and Stan, but seriously, there were several moments when I wanted to knock their heads together. My sister laughed at me when I yelled at my kindle a few times and thought I was talking to a friend. But alas, I was not. I was yelling at these two best friends who are hopelessly in love with each other and won't admit it to each other. LOL. As you can tell, the characters are great and bring out a reaction in you that is over the top. The story was good too, but the characters are what really got to me.
NARRATION: 5 Stars
I absolutely love Joel Leslie. He has a way of given a unique voice to each character, and this story was no different. He takes the story to the next level and brings the characters to life.
OVERALL: 4.5 Stars
The story was good, and I loved turning page after page. When I got the audiobook, it was even better because the characters are over the top and even more loveable. Overall 4.5 stars.
Great story

RAF and Stan are so damn adorable that I just want to kip right in their pocket.
Lots of pining and tension but such a good book! Also- I would like to throat punch Bennett. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

I loved Rafferty and Stan to bits, but they were really frustrating! I wanted to knock some sense into them for most of the book. I got where they were coming from, but really, the miscommunication between them dragged endlessly and the whole thing with Bennett, Stan's boyfriend, made me want to scream.
It wasn't all bad, though, Stan and Rafferty had lots of chemistry and were definitely hot together and I adored their friendship/relationship, even if we got to see most of it through flashbacks. I think Ms. Morton dealt with Stan's blindness in a very sensitive manner and I loved that all their friends and family were more aware of Stan and Rafferty's feelings than they were.
Even if the read was frustrating at times, I was invested in Raff and Stan getting their HEA, and I was fairly happy with how it all got resolved (even if Bennett didn't deserve that ending).
The narration was pretty good, Joel Leslie did a great job with most of the characters, and although it wasn't my favorite of the books he's performed, it was still enjoyable, so I have no problem recommending it.
Entertaining...
