Thought about stopping a few timed but....

I truly did consider giving up on finishing this book. It seemed like it was moving too slowly. What got me to the end was that I found that the slow build had left me knowing each characters personality. I wanted or maybe needed to know what would become of the odd mix of people who lived in this small town. It was definitely worth finishing. It does move along slowly but is certainly worth listening to. I enjoyed the book more than I thought I would.

Ended to soon

Can't wait to download the next installment in the series. This one ended to soon. Too many cliff hangers. Good story and reader.

Loved this story

I enjoyed listening to this story about a man who finds family in a place he left a long tone ago. it is also a continuation of Ragan's story. I look forward to listening to more stories in this series.

Texas Strong

Strong well developed characters that may seem a little over the top until you understand they are just small town Texans.
