Sounds well ok, yes, but... It works!

With the success I've had in listening to this meditation, it "seems" to have reached beyond my conscious thoughts as I feel different, I'm having different dreams, I am more assured, less well ... having to please others to feel accepted. Yes, this is my unique person with unique idiosyncrasies.... All I can say is I feel much better. Not to say I was in a very bad state; but, habitual direction which did not serve me well seems to be much less than before. The spoken voice was a bit corny and I had to get through a few laughs as to why am I listening to this, why am I paying attention to someone who sounds like they have a cold; but, I did and feel great.. Just saying ...
