Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This was recommended to me by a good friend who is into mindfulness meditation. While I'm no expert, I found the techniques easy enough to do - which got me to relax on my lunch break. It was a nice break indeed.Any additional comments?
I enjoyed the easy methods which led to more awareness and relaxation in the present moment. It got me interested enough to try each method multiple times. No two sessions are a like as daily conditions change (i.e. time of day, screaming kids, if you ate yet, etc.). I love how simple to follow along everything is. Thank you for this.Excellent mindfulness techniques
