About this listen

Once every 100 years, a black pegasus foal is born. But its uncertain destiny will forever change the five herds of flying horses that live in Anok. For this foal will either unite or destroy the herds - and is fated to become the most powerful pegasus in the land.

Star is this black foal.

With malformed wings that make him unable to fly, Star seems harmless enough. But the prophecy is looming, and the leaders of each herd will take no risks. They will execute Star before the prophecy can take effect on his first birthday.

With threats from all the herds, including his own, and nowhere to hide, Star must rely on his small group of friends. But it's his own strength from within that will surprise him, no matter what the future may hold.

Perfect for fans of Warriors and Survivors, this first book in a thrilling new series will keep listeners quickly turning the pages as they follow Star on his epic journey.

How I loved this book

I loved this book cause it was interesting and fun. My favorite part was the part when they found out he was the healer and how he did the good in that world.💕📖📚

Good but (SLIGHT SPOILERS WARNING)

SPOILERS WARNING READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

It’s a good book, I like it but..

I would recommend it to the ages 14 and older due to the violence and gore and brutal deaths. Unless someone who is strong and can handle the gore and brutal deaths.

Spoilers:

So, when SilverMoon(Lake) Sent Star to the cave on the beach, he was bored, restless, and starting to die. Then he met CrabWing. After that, he found real food, and thrived alongside Crab Wing. Then, the Jungle Herd horses appeared. The stallion/leader of Jungle Herd (can’t remember his name, Spider Wing isn’t it..?) kicked Crab Wing whom was sitting on the rock.

GROSS WARNING!!

And Crab Wings guts spilled out onto the stone..

Then, a mare burns to death, and even though she was healed and brought to life again, Morning (something 😅) head was twist backwards, like an owls.

So yea, that’s my personal opinion.

Sincerely, DuskStone
