Publisher's summary

How can something so wrong be so perfect at the same time?

Rule number five: I'm going to show you some things that you'll never forget.

It's wrong. Not just this, but everything. I knew it was wrong, but I thought I could get away with it. Why, though? I'm not like this. I'm good. I'm the good girl, the girl with perfect grades, the girl who does everything right, prim, and proper. I don't cause trouble, I don't get into trouble, I don't....

It's only a few days, right? That's what I thought when Ethan and I started our stepbrother with benefits situation. Apparently a few days can be a long time. A few days can change your entire life.

New twist is a little unbelievable

I love Ashley and Jake together , but her ex-boyfriend blackmailing her for sex is not believable. Hope that twist in the story is wrapped up quickly.

enjoyable

Ethan and Chloe continue to figure out their relationship. There continue to be bumps in the road creating ups and downs. The narration is still very entertaining with duo of narrators. I will say I'm not a big fan of mom's voice, but it did not take away from my enjoyment if this installment.

Continuing the story

I have followed, and loved, the dynamic between Ethan and Ashley. I love how their relationship is evolving. Seeing as future crisis's come up, it will be interesting to see how they move forward.

Unexpected encounters

Things are going well for our hero and heroine, but when their parents return early, things get ... complicated.

This is book five of the series. It does pretty well as a standalone, but it will be more enjoyable if you start from the beginning.

This is a short erotic romance for the taboo variety. The story is well written and easy to read (or listen to in this case) with a simple, but very well done cast of characters. I really liked both our hero and heroine for who they are. And while the plot was fairly straightforward, it was also really well done and very steamy. This one was every bit as good as the last and I am definitely looking forward to the next one.

Highly recommended.

Never send a text to an ex!

As Ashley and Ethan get closer, they are less careful about being open with each other and it seems like Ashley's mom is getting close to knowing the truth. Ashley's life takes a turn when her explicit text meant for Ethan is accidentally sent to her ex, James. When he calls Ashley to make her a deal for keeping them private, she has to do something that sickens her. Leaving Ethan early the next morning it the hardest thing she ever has to do.
C J Bloom and James Cavenaugh are perfect as the narrators for Ashely and Ethan. It's nice to hear their familiar voices in each episode of this delightful series.

This is not a stand alone

This is part of a series. I wish they were together as one story. It's like you get to a good part and it stops. The story itself is good and I want more but I seem to have to wait. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Ok...

I’m convinced that Ethan is not the jerk he tries to have everyone see. I get that the author has to introduce some drama into her plot line—but really—who keeps an ex-boyfriend in their phone’s contact list. One would think that he’d be immediately deleted, and a “smart” person would notice who they’re texting messages to. Ashley seems to be severely lacking in the common-sense department—especially for someone who’s in college. So far, I’m definitely not a fan of Ashley’s character in this story. I’m on to the next short “book” to see what Ashley decides to do next.
