Sovas 2023 Award nominee: Best Ensemble Cast Voiceover

I’m head over heels in love with my best friend. Although, I can’t pinpoint exactly when Reeve Lancaster became my entire world.

Was it when we were little kids, practically brought up together, after Reeve’s mom died during childbirth and his dad subsequently fell apart? Or when I doodled his name in my school journal at age 10? Maybe it was when we became boyfriend and girlfriend at 14 or when we shed our virginity at 16, pledging our forever?

I was there as his star ascended—like I’d always known it would—and there wasn’t a prouder person on the planet. As the only child of Hollywood’s golden couple, I’ve lived my life in the spotlight enough to know it wasn’t what I wanted for my future. But I sacrificed my own desires, because Reeve’s happiness meant everything to me.

Until he crushed my heart into itty-bitty pieces, forcing me to fly halfway around the world just to escape the gut-wrenching pain.

The opportunity to study at Trinity College Dublin came at the perfect moment, and I jumped at the chance without hesitation. If I’d known fate was meddling in my life, perhaps I would have chosen differently, but my future was cemented the instant I laid eyes on him.

Dillon O’Donoghue was Reeve’s polar opposite in every way, and perhaps, that’s why I felt drawn to him. He was the dark to my light. The thorn in my side, irritating me with his cold disdain, wild recklessness, and a burning rage hidden deep inside him that spoke to a silent part within me. Yet Dillon showed me what it was like to truly live, opening my eyes to endless possibilities.

What happened next was inevitable, and I only have myself to blame. He warned me, and I knew my reprieve was temporary, because there is only so far I can run.

Especially when fate hasn’t finished messing with me yet.

Includes books one through three and bonus content.

Amazing trilogy worth the emotional rollercoaster & angst

Say I’m The One:
First off...these narrators of this audiobook were fantastic. I love the multi narrator aspect. They were on point at every turn. Those Irish accents though...wow...never knew I liked that accent, ha. Very well done.
Ok, for the storyline. I’m not going to lie. There were so many times while listening, that I wanted to turn this audiobook off. Not because it was bad or bad narration...just the opposite.
I was so invested in these characters, & the level of disdain I felt for Saffron was just that strong. I know that my blood was boiling at one point. To me, that shows EXCELLENT writing. To be able to make me despise a character to that level, pure skill. The relationship between Vivian & Reeve was just so sweet & perfect. At least until he got the one thing he really wanted. Then, maybe angst is a better adjective. I commend Vivian for sticking by his side through it all. She’s a better woman than me, ha. But when it was over, man was it over.
Then, plot twist...cue Dillon stage Dublin!
Wow...that man was sex on a stick. Their attraction was electric & so palpable. He was such a romantic when it came to the woman he wanted. Even though her time in Dublin was limited, they still went all in on making their relationship the best it could be. I was so glad that she was able to heal her heartache.
I was thrown for a loop when she went back to America, I was so torn. I’m going to stop there as to not spoil too much more, but that ending...wow. I didn’t see that coming & I can honestly say that I’m totally on board for the next installment.

Let Me Love You:
Great companion to book 1

Well, I’m not sure what exactly I was expecting, but I’m not mad at all & pleasantly surprised with how this 2nd book went. There were several times when my emotions & loyalties changed. As new things were brought to light, I had to take a minute to absorb it all. So many turns & bends in the road on the journey that was Vivien & Dillon’s love. They seemed to be exactly what the other really needed from the very beginning & it just came so naturally. Their ability to just adapt & roll with the punches there close to the end is goals. Excellent emotional & angsty read that just draws you in.

Hold Me Close:
Heartbreaking

I can’t say that this breakdown by Bodhi didn’t surprise me. I had a feeling that once he saw the movie, new feelings of his childhood would emerge. But the way that Easton stood by him at almost any cost just showed the depth of love this family had to give. The level of love that Vivian & Dillon showered on him was astounding. But he is neither his mother nor his father, and their sins should never be taken out on a child.
My heart broke for him a little, but having a guardian angel saved him both in body & soul.

Audiobook Review:
The narration cast in this trilogy is stellar. I love the switching from American accents to Scottish accents. It kept me on my toes & it gave a sense of authenticity to the story.

This series just gutted me.Tissues are needed

This story is tragically well written with flawed characters, revenge, secrets, betrayal. Oh I cried many times.throughout this story.Tissues are definitely needed for this story, it gutted me.
The mind manipulations, the doubts, fears, betrayal, are throughout this story. true love is found thru tragedy. Beautifully written.
What I love about Siobhan Davis is never expect a hea without twists turns, and agony .
Well done! One of my favorites
What really made this audio so wonderful is the talented cast of narrators.
Sarah Puckett, K.C. Sheridan, Logan Anare, Sam McGovern, Eric Logan narration is perfection. They bring depth to each character. they captured the personalities and voices of all the characters. They make you feel each moment of emotion, anguish, anger, torment, throughout the story. I wish I could give them more stars. their narration is so emotionalky moving.Thank you for bringing this story to life.

Beautiful Series

I absolutely loved this series❤️❤️ There are so many challanges and twists for these characters to overcome and push through. Viv has grown up in the lifestyle of the famous. Reeve has always just wanted a family to love and call his own. Dillion wants everyone to believe he is your typical Rockstar and nothing effects him. Meanwhile Ash and Rey are both best friend goals. I absolutely love how Siobhan has let us into two different worlds all within this amazing storyline going from life in L.A. to Ireland I really appreciated getting to enjoy the accents while listening. She has given these characters a beautiful story that the narrator's did an amazing job giving a voice to. I loved getting to listen to this beautiful book and I hope you all get as much enjoyment out of it as well ❤️ ❤️

The Complete Series

All of Me is Davis' Complete Series which includes: Say I'm the One; Let Me Love You; and Hold Me Close as well as bonus. This series follows our main characters Vivian, Reeve, and Dillion. Not only will these characters but the storyline itself is captivating, heartbreaking and will take you on an emotional rollercoaster of a ride. This book/series will destroy you in the best possible way. The narration was perfectly performed by amazing cast of narrators. The storyline is a perfect storm of broken characters who find and fight for a forever love. While I've read / listened to Davis before, this...this series is unforgettable is the best of ways!

This was an emotional rollercoaster, no joke!

So I reviewed each of these individual books on the Zon, GR, and BB but will do a high level one for this combined boxset. I will say I had a love/hate relationship with this series, not gonna lie. I love this author’s writing style, I haven’t found one book of hers that I didnt get sucked into. I will say though I didnt like some of these characters and it made it hard to connect with them at moments. I think the way they treated each other was very toxic at times and I think some things were forgiven too soon. I had to keep reminding myself the age of the characters and the situations they were put into. I did take weeks in between listening to book 1 and 2 because I needed not as heavy topics to deal with and needed less angst. This one had the most I have ever read and I needed a break for a bit before I could dive back in. I think for me the toughest part was I didnt like Reeve and was sick of his manipulation but then Dil was also just as manipulative and I had hoped Viv would be strong but she couldnt against one or more of them.

There were some amazing and beautiful moments though, I laughed a lot once the kids got involved because they were a joy and say whatever is on their mind (I mean the epitome was when Easton met Bodhi for the first time, I couldnt stop from snorting and giggling at his antics and the words that came out of this mouth haha). I loved the side characters. The intricate world this author always makes was phenomenal as always. I loved the family they made with their LA group and the Ireland group and how it all came together. Loved the bonus epilogue novella, really helped tie it all together. I mean I wasn’t surprised things went that way, when you put all your dirty laundry for the world to see, its gonna cause high emotions and would cause some tailspins based on the context/and info in there (I understand why they did it, to make sure everyone knew the truth). I really hope we get more from this world, maybe the kids, their cousins or family friends so we get some cameos. Like the adoption that was mentioned by Ash or maybe one of the 3 girls around the same age. Just saying hahaha.

Narration for this series was amazing, I really had no critiques. I loved the Irish accents, I thought the emotional performances were spot-on, gripped my heart and ripped it into pieces MANY MANY TIMES and eventually put it back together haha. I thought all the narrators involved had their part to play, they really brought the characters to life and I appreciated their attention to detail and their professionalism. I will be checking out the couple I hadn’t heard about before, definitely on my radar for future listens. 5/5 for the narration!

Amazing

This book is one of my absolute favorites. Far surpassed my expectations. Their narration was superb. The author did a great job at character development. The storyline was excellent. The constant tug at the heart, stomping it into mush, and then putting it back together again. It’s still left a deep ache, but the story was absolutely beautiful.

All of Me

I really enjoyed listening to this series. The only negative I have is that I am not a fan of the voice narrating Reeve. I am, however, a HUGE fan of Dillon.

Twist and turns in story

Loved all the twists and turns in the series. It was also interesting to see how insightful the characters were and their thought processes. The narrators were great in first two books. I didn’t care for the ‘Dillon’ narrator in third volume. He didn’t have the edgy and sexy voice needed for the character.
