Looking forward for more books from this author.

There are many nuggets of wisdom in it that give me the opportunity to dwell upon them. For example, “If a seed that never becomes a tree can be said to have failed in its nature, so too can a person who never develops morally be said to have failed.” The book is littered with great quotes that will appeal to any personalities. One of my favorite is, “For the Stoics, Author did a great job, Looking forward for more books from this author.

Helps you live a happier life.

Being the owner of 2 companies, one being one of the largest high-end limousine companies in the country. I have heard many self help speakers and read many books. I had also heard a lot about Stoicism which from day one impacted me more than anything else in the past. Now coming across this book was a pleasure and a blessing in itself. Scott was able to concise centuries of such wonderful philosophies in one book where he makes it easy to see it through his eyes and understand the essence of what being a stoic is all about. Most importantly, how we can learn from it and apply it in our everyday life.

This is a very clearly written book,

This is a very clearly written book, intended to introduce us to Stoicism as a philosophy of life.Like many self-help books, A Guide to the Good Life repeats itself a lot, but I'd say this has quite a bit less fluff than much of the genre.

I've generally been captivated with rationality.

I've generally been captivated with rationality. Anything with the different sorts of logic and popular logicians has accumulated my consideration. Unemotionalness is a zone of rationality that numerous perusers may not think about.
