it's been helping

I struggle alot with emotional eating I've been listening to this and it's shown me how much my brain is telling be to eat something but I'm like why I'm not hungry. I've only been listening for 2 weeks (planning 3 and then once a month) I've lost a few pounds because I've really questioned why is my brain telling me to eat. head hunger is real y'all it did help me to identify one trigger. my boss the sight of her triggers stress and then the head hunger argument begins. I like this hypnosis book i think it's working
