Story
From the author of 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos comes a provocative hypothesis that explores the connection between what modern neuropsychology tells us about the brain and what rituals, myths, and religious stories have long narrated. A cutting-edge work that brings together neuropsychology, cognitive science, and Freudian and Jungian approaches to mythology and narrative, Maps of Meaning presents a rich theory that makes the wisdom and meaning of myth accessible to the critical modern mind.

Justin has a curse, and thanks to a Reddit thread, it's now all over the internet. Every woman he dates goes on to find their soul mate the second they break up. When a woman slides into his DMs with the same problem, they come up with a plan: They'll date each other and break up. Their curses will cancel each other’s out, and they’ll both go on to find the love of their lives. It’s a bonkers idea… and it just might work.

I immediately downloaded the book
Media opinions and an ignorant resistance of anything to do with the field and study of psychology provided a foundation for my determination not to listen to Dr. Peterson. Then I watched an interview done by a man I love and respect; a man I’ve met in person more than once, Dennis Prager. After watching the interview and listen to Dr. Peterson I immediately downloaded the book and could put it down.

Wants to help people with their problems
JBP wants to help people with their problems -- otherwise, he'd never have become a clinical psychologist. The truth is, he does a better job at it than most. But he never claims to have THE ANSWER -- this is a book by someone doing his best with what he has. This book may help you. If not, feel free to put it down.
