Its good as an introduction of the concept of Tai Chi, but not an instruction guide, which wasnt what i was looking for.

Everybody was slow motion kung fu fightin'
Tai Chi has always intrigued me. It is beautiful to watch, and looks to be fun. I consider it to be slo-mo kung fu fighting! Now, Dahkid has made me understand it a lot better. He talks you through why you should do it, and how to do it properly. He keeps the subject interesting, and by the time the book is over not only will you be ready to begin practicing tai chi, you will actually want to! I really recommend this book. Clinger keeps it easy to follow and understandable. You can follow his instructions very easily as he speaks. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.
