Fabulous Stories

These stories are written by the best authors; some you will click with better than others though - or at least I did. I always love Ron Ripley and Sara Clancy. David Longhorn and A. I. Nasser spin a great story. I a m still trying to learn the other author's style - but they are always well written. Enjoy!

Terrors

I really enjoyed this variety of stories as well as previous volumes with good diverse authors with vivid imagination. There was only 1 I did not care for, but a couple thought could become novels some that comes to mind are Tag You’re It, The King, She Brought the Minsters, What Goes Around and Night Crawler to name a few. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys scary short stories.

Great Stories by Great Authors

Great short stores by six authors with the theme of many authors putting their short stories together to formulate a series of interesting books by scare street. You will be amazed, thrilled, and scared at times with the horror in these books. The storyline to each short story is well described with the characters who are interesting and believable. You won't want to out this book down. You can never guess the ending. These authors are great and you will fall i love with their story telling. I recommend these books.

Major creepiness

I love the tales based on lore. They have a level of creepiness that you can’t really get with a lot of types of stories. Also stories involving children seem to be particularly creepy. This volume has everything you could ask for and more!

Some good and some bad

As with any anthology, this book has some really great stories but a few that aren’t so great. I would recommend it, because some of the stories are so good they make up for the bunk stories 3 fold.

Making me worry about the dark is good.

I’m blind, but can see light and dark. I’m afraid of the dark, which even a lot of blind people don’t understand, but the dark feels different. That is captured so well in these stories, and by people who can see who totally get it! I don’t scare easily, but the dark is the one thing that I do fear. I’m always looking for scary stuff, and I’ve found it. thank you to all the authors who have written these books. you totally get me and what I’m looking for!

Spooky.

Not my favourite of all the Terror in the Shadows anthologies. Out of all the stories the only ones I really enjoyed was the one with the little girl and the one with the woman who sees the things. I don't want to explain them properly because it would be easy to spoil them. Saying that, each story is still good, just not what I've come to expect.

Narration was as good as always.I

I was given this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This in no way affected nor influenced my thoughts.
