realistic and works :)

At first I was afraid that the self confidence challenge would make me do things I'm really scared of like public speaking or doing something silly on purpose, but that wasn't the case. The author really takes you by the hand instead of pushing you from a cliff. The 21 day concept is absolutely brilliant! Way more fun and uplifting then therapy and each day feels like a little accomplishment :)

worth a read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

I'm going to do this challenge on repeat!

One of the most helpful self-help books I've gotten my hands on :)

I really like the 21 day set-up, each chapter/day only takes 5-10 minutes to read and will set the tone for the rest of the day if you read it in the morning. I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.

I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!

Practical challenges to improve self-confidence

What was one of the most memorable moments of The 21-Day Self-Confidence Challenge?

One of the biggest takeaways from this book is that confidence doesn’t naturally follow from external factors such as success in life, but is more a state of mind. This powerful message resonates throughout the 21-day series and this book builds on that. Self-confidence truly comes from within, as the author points out that even successful people can suffer from a lack of self-confidence.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

This book will present you with practical advice, experiments and challenges you can do over the course of 21 days to improve self-confidence. These challenges may be hard for most people lacking self-confidence, but this is exactly what makes them so powerful. Stepping out of your comfort zone to do things you’ve never thought about doing before, is the first step towards change and improving self-confidence. Breaking through self-limiting beliefs is crucial and this book will teach you how to do that. Very helpful book for anyone who wants to improve self-confidence!

Unique approach to self confidence

This is the most helpful self-confidence book I've come across. I like the 3-week commitment; it's realistic and kept me motivated for the duration of the challenge. Definitely recommended!

I love this book

I love this book. I am fond of working through self-help books such as this one. All of us at some point experience a situation where a lack of confidence is holding us back. Insecurities and reservations take over, so we prefer not to take any risks and instead just stay in our comfort zone. This book is so on point. The author has written some really good and practical points on how to build your confidence and become more comfortable and confident in your own skin. I loved that the book has so many exercises to boost your confidence.
