MEL hits a HOMERUN AGAIN!!!

You HAVE to read this book! It’s changed my life at 53 years old! Let me say, however, that the Audible version is the way to soak in all the scientifically backed knowledge by a motivational speaker! Of course you have to listen to it!

Life changing!

Really life changing. I’m a physician and many of my patients have depression and anxiety and sharing this habit over the last month has already helped many of them. So grateful for Mel’s raw and real passion that exudes through her book. It’s made me a better version of myself and quite honestly changed the trajectory of what i thought was possible.

Perfect For Listening In The Car

I listen to the book with my daughter in the car. She might not of ever picked up this book otherwise but because we listen to it together each morning I have watched her attitude and self esteem grow! Love this book and the message it shares.

Loved The High 5 Habit, Mel!

I love that this was narrated by the author!! Nobody else would have done it justice! She tells it like it is and inspires you to take action! She, although extremely successful is very relatable on many levels! I’m already on my second listen! Thanks Mel!

You are awesome and I am awesome

I’m in intrapreneur from Mexico I didn’t know this book was going to help me so much As it did I am very grateful that I found it as always I found it because of Cinco destiny looking from Amazon from it for another book but I am so grateful I could read it and I would read it again and again it’s helped me a lot with my business in my personal life

Love the author, love this book

i have been following a number of Mel's small, daily habits for about a year now (putting the alarm outside the bedroom to get up when it rings instead of hitting snooze, employing 5-4-3-2-1 "do it anyway" when I used to hesitate to take action, making the bed everyday, etc). And now, with this new book, I've started adding a high five to my heart and another to the mirror. Yeah it may seem cheesy and ridiculous but I gotta tell you, it's not. Like Mel says, just try it for a week and see what happens. Stacking all of these small habits is compounding into some pretty extraordinary changes. Again, try it yourself to discover what I'm saying.

On another note, I am so glad I purchased the Audible version of this book. Listening to Mel share stories and insights is highly engaging. It also brought me to tears in a couple of parts. I have already gone back and listened to several sections for a second or third time. Thanks, Mel. High Five

A simply life changing book

Mel Robbins makes it tangible and simple for anyone to live a high five life. She addresses every doubt and fear we all have and gives us all hope that we can go after big things in life in order to find true happiness within our own lives without depending on others to do it for us. I will continue to live a high five life and am so grateful you used your pain and hard time to help others. I’ll be listening to this book on repeat as a reminder. Thank you, Mel!

Mel Robbins does it again

I found Mel accidentally by viewing random Tedx YouTube videos. Since then I have listened to every one of her books and her Audible series. I suspected I would think the same with this book, and yep she deliverers and knocks it out of the park with her new book. If you are a fan of any of her past work she does not disappoint. If you have never read (or listened) to a Mel Robbins books, once you read or listen to one, her personality is so addicting you will not be able to stop after just one of her projects. Highest Recommendation.
