About this listen

Bold, raw, forbidden, The 21 Laws of Surviving a Gentlemen's Club is a wake-up call for all patrons. You don't have to be a strip club aficionado to recognize that the behavior of the average patron is evolving before your eyes - rampant narcissism, lack of focus, and no agenda all spell danger.

Darius Allen, author and survivor, confronts this culture of misguided patrons with 21 laws that focus on priority and purpose. He reminds patrons that a gentlemen's club is one of the most voracious, capitalistic environments on Earth. Those who enter this jungle clueless and slaphappy, believing that they can escape unscathed, are sadly mistaken. Much of The 21 Laws of Surviving a Gentlemen's Club deals with the interaction - physical and otherwise - between a patron and a stripper, but Darius also examines the inner working of a social environment that wants to swallow up your money and spit you out.

Rabbits & Pirahnas

Very entertaining book and great advice for newbies. I guess you could call me a strip club aficionado but it's hard to convey my knowledge of the "jungle" (as Darius calls it) to my buddies. Most of the guys are clueless about how they should spend their money when they enter a strip club, and the other half of the guys are either burnt from bad experiences with "bunny rabbits" and "piranhas," or are just outsiders who are completely clueless and have a nose-in-the-air attitude about gentlemen's clubs. What I like about this book is that now I don't have to describe the value in strip clubs to outsiders, and I don't have to have a long conversation about the do's and don'ts of having a good time and making wise lapdance investments—from here on out I'm just going to tell guys to listen to this audiobook. I think Darius has really done a service to men the world over. Cheers!

Every Man Should Read This Book

What did you love best about The 21 Laws of Surviving a Gentlemen's Club?

After going through a divorce and finally being done with alimony and child support I started looking at strip clubs as a way to enjoy some adult fun as a man. The problem has been that I have been wasting my money in the club, throwing it around like like green-horn amateur that doesn't know his ass from his elbow. All the while there's guys that love these places, and I just couldn't out what the heck they see in them. Anyway, after listening to this "I see the light." Since I'm an older guy with money to spend I think I'm going to focus on a day time strategy as Darius outlines. In any case, for all you young guys out there, this audiobook is a great investment. Much better than paying vagina-mony or grown-woman-support for children you barely get to see. Big thanks to Darius for this title, and I think John did a great job narrating.

An interesting and accurate concept

Author sounds like he is quite the fan of the lap dance! This book is actually quite interesting even to those whom do not frequent strip clubs.

The author breaks down methodically and scientifically if one can imagine, the unspoken laws, rules and etiquette of how to handle oneself in a strip club. He breaks down repeatedly that the club is about making money, and that the ultimate goal anyone should keep in mind when visiting a strip club is to get a satisfying lap dance that tantalizes the senses.

He breaks down the ridiculousness of narcissists whom go to show off and explores how such behavior damages the "experience," of attending a strip club.

He also goes into detail about staying safe, both financially as well as legally as he explains having a designated driver, knowing the neighborhood of the strip club for eateries, police and more.

Its a pretty good concept that is definitely well articulated and laid out, and the narrator John Alan Martinson Jr and his female counter part perform the book well. John's strong voice lends itself well to such an interesting concept.

Survive the strip club!

Making it rain? Dont' make me laugh

I always thought the guys that would make it rain at the strip clubs were the biggest numb-skulls in the club. I'm glad Darius pointed out how foolish that is. Buy a copy of this audiobook. If you're not having fun at the strip club, perhaps you just don't know how. Darius will show you how it's done. The narrator is boss. Well done.

Heaven is a strip club away

I've been going to strip clubs for nearly 20 years and I still learned something from this book. A strip club can be heaven or hell. It all depends on if you know the rules, or laws, of the environment. As Darius says, it's a jungle. Darius is the man when it comes to the gentlemen's club. Download this audiobook and listen to his advice, and you'll realize that heaven isn't too far from your house.

A Good Investment

I have been to strip clubs several times throughout my life but never really understood how the experience could possibly be enjoyable. It seemed to me that it was just a place to get financially raked over the coals. I had a friend who would go to the clubs all the time, and was so well known and well-liked at the strip clubs that he had stacks of VIP passes to every place in town. He would always try to twist my arm to go, but I couldn't see what the fun was in going into a place that seemed designed to vacuum all the money out of your wallet.

After listening to this audiobook I'm actually excited about going out to the "gentlemen's clubs" again. The author did a good job of explaining how to have a great time without going bankrupt. He covers ways to identify ladies that will be a good investment from those who will just take your money and deliver nothing but air.

I think with the MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) movement picking up steam, books like this will become increasingly popular. With divorce rates at over 50% in the United States (and 80% of those divorces initiated by women) a man has a better chance of surviving putting three bullets in a six-shooter pistol, sticking it to his head and pulling the trigger than surviving a marriage to a feminist-influenced Western woman. Strip clubs are one of the last safe havens for men to be men, and to be treated like kings (if they heed the advice in this book).

Highly recommended.

How to have fun at the strip club 101

Gentlemen, this is the only book you'll ever need to have a great time at a strip club. Some guys are intimidated by the strip club atmosphere (and as well they should be), and some guys think they're just a place where you throw money away, but that's only if you don't know what you're doing. Strip clubs can be like taking a much needed vacation for the struggles of life...a vacation you can take every weekend, or even multiple times a week. You can afford the strip club if you understand how it works. Get this audiobook and enjoy the ride.

It's an investment in your future.

Far too many guys have no clue what a strip club can deliver in terms of fun and satisfaction. "Strip clubs are a waste of money," is the typical retort for guys that have no clue how to survive and thrive in the jungle. Darius has done a service to men the world over, by methodically taking us through his 21 laws of surviving a gentlemen's club. Walk in with confidence, know how much you're going to spend, know how to invest that money in your fun, and have a great time. Get this audiobook guys!
