Not bad, but narration is so monotonous

Pretty good idea, start everything with manageable bites. Wish a real person was narrating the book.

Excellent for a procrastinator like rmyself

Great chapters with steps to follow. I purchased audiobook and Kindle version. The reason I purchased Kindle as well is due not taking any notes just going to Kindle copying the same steps from the same chapters of Kindle and paste somewhere I can’t see them as shortcuts.
Audiobooks was excellent, which is not too long or too short. There are 32 chapters so they are not long asand clearly well organized.
I don’t think I have ADHD, however, I am procrastinator basically, I overwhelm myself too many to do lists I end up finishing nothing properly. I have been doing that all my life. No time to put this book into practice.

I recommend highly the audiobook and Kindle versions for people who have ADHD , procrastinators etc.
Good luck.
