Practical Gems of Wisdom Within

This can be a quick listen but is best enjoyed in small digestible portions as it is densely packed with practical tips and inspirational ideas. Miss Deol's book does an excellent job of explaining how to better balance one's life against the many digital distractions we all face today while finding the right balance between mental health and physical health. It also contains grounded advice on how to be a better person and positive ways to share your life with your loved ones. I'd advise you listen for ten or twenty minutes a day and take notes, then implement the ideas that apply to you. The 7 Pillars of Wellness is full of excellent tools on how to live a much happier and healthier lifestyle and is well researched and reasoned. It is very well worth the cost especially if you slow down long enough to implement the wisdom contained within. Enjoy making positive changes in your life while applying your own creativity to Sasha's excellent lessons.

Are you read to hold yourself accountable? Read it

I love this book or better called a tool. If used correctly you'll gain so much from reading this. It's short but to the point and everything is 100% useful. Highly useful content... my advice is to listen/read and take notes. I listened to the book, then listened to it again with my notepad. The biggest part of this book is putting the wisdom to action. Just do it! Nike!

Quick listen with life changing suggestions

The Narrator has such a calming and soothing voice and listening to her makes one feel motivated. She offers many suggestions that are easy to follow and incorporate into life. Going to do my best to follow the 7 pillars of wellness to become a better version of myself. Thanks for doing all this research and putting together a quick guide for the rest of us!
