An amazing reminder of what’s important

I’ve listened to a number of self help books and found this one by Silvana Siskov to be refreshingly straightforward and simple, yet packed with so many golden nuggets. Many times we’re on auto pilot juggling life and we forget simple techniques that can enhance our quality of life. This book served as a great reminder and provided compelling facts and explanations to support its recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed, highly recommend!

Solid advice on all-around healthy living

The author incorporates several subjects required to get to the point where you can lead and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Although I was looking for good advice on diet and exercise, and this book definitely covers those subjects thoroughly, she goes beyond those and covers other topics that relate to sustaining that lifestyle--like the environment, self-care, and healthy relationships. A definite must-read if you are looking for advice on all-around healthy living.

Fantastic book about being healthy

There are so many aspects to being healthy and this book looks at this subject from such a fantastic holistic perspective. I loved chapter 6 on self-care especially on the idea of small wins and rewards. I had never thought of that before. Since I have been applying that in my life, my stresses seemed to have reduced. Thank you so much!

Great Info!

This was extremely helpful. As I work 6 days a week, about 60-70 hours, I don't even have time to read. So being able to listen to this was very convenient. I'll be listening several times to soak up all the tips and life hacks. Lots to unpack here! Narrated very well also.

WHAT! I can Live healthy without breaking the BanK

Up until now, I have always felt you had to be wealthy to truly afford the best, even if it's something simple as food. But let’s be real! To eat healthily, you have to pay for it. Not so.! This book shows you how to plan a healthy lifestyle. It will take you through what it really entails, what you put into your body, how you exercise and its benefits, and how to take care of yourself. It also shows you how to do this even if you have constraints on time and not just money. It shows you how to put yourself squarely in the driver's seat of your health. This book is powerful. It is so well written, So engaging. You really have to listen to this book to understand my praise. Make sure to get it!

A guide to living better!

Often books only cover one topic, instead, this one covers several topics providing useful and practical strategies in multiple areas, such as developing new healthy habits and finding the right diet to follow. I never used to be able to find time to read similar books, but instead, now I can listen to this one on my way to work. There is no excuse for improving the quality of your life!
