Masculine Affirmations
The book is reads or is reminiscent of a positive affirmations book. Though I can't stand those types of books I will listen this book again.

Great book on changing your mindset!
Our minds guide our actions and outcomes. I believe there are males, and then there are men. I believe that this world needs more men to stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves. When we improve our mindset, we improve our lives, and the lives of those around us. This book has a ton of great information.

The stuff I wished I was taught as a kid are in this book.
I love the great gems that are dropped in this phenomenal book. This I b part of my daily routine along with listening to "Atomic Habits". The two pair together so well.

One of the best on Audible
A strong performance with little excessive nonsense. The audio book is straight to the the point, easy to follow and keeps the reader engaged. It is the type of book you can listen to over and over to reinforce the content. It's a good starter as well and can allow the reader to seek addtional content for further direction
