Excellent tool for a layman as well.

People like me who want to share the word in a working world, or with friends, or with my own children are preachers. Yes, we are we are pastors. Also, if we were disciple others, they will look to us in a pastoral sort of way, and divide the word correctly and apply it in a meaningful way, so that it is taken in by our own children by others we speak to, and also understood correctly by ourselves. Most of this book applies to us. It is not the pastors job to change the world or to even change the church or to be everything to everybody. That is the job of Christ and he does it through all of us so it’s important for me to know how to handle the message. God puts forth to revolutionize and change the world
