Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Everyone has a sensitive side, but nearly one in three people have the genes to be more sensitive than others—both physically and emotionally. These are the people who pause before speaking and think before acting; they tune in to subtle details and make connections that others miss. Whether introverted or extroverted, they tend to be bighearted, creative, and wired to go deep, yet society tells them to hide the very sensitivity that makes them this way. These are the world’s “highly sensitive people,” and Sensitive is the book that champions them.

Are you a Highly Sensitive Person Too?
This audiobook gives people who are highly sensitive great information to help us manage when we have to be with others, It has suggestions on how to set healthy boundaries, and regulate our emotions.
The author understands the challenges faced by HSPs. Instead of viewing sensitivity as a weakness, she reframes it as a superpower, which a refreshing way to look at it.
I really like the book’s emphasis on self-acceptance and positivity. There are seven habits we can develop to build confidence and learn to have a sense of empowerment and resilience.
The narration is clear and shows empathy which makes it pleasant to listen. This audiobook is a must-have for anyone who wants to know how to embrace their sensitivity as a gift rather than a curse.
I highly recommend this audiobook for its practical suggestions for managing relationships and ways to protect our space.

Understanding Sensitivity
I used to find some of my friends difficult to deal with, thinking they were overly sensitive and emotional without reason. However, after listening to this book, I now understand that it's simply part of their personality, something that isn't easily changed. This realization has taught me the importance of being more compassionate towards them. The book provides a comprehensive approach to understanding highly sensitive persons, helping me learn how to better interact with them.

The book is really friendly and easy to understand and it has lots of stories from real life that make you feel like you're not alone.
This book explains a lot about how sensitive deal with life.

Very informative
This book talks about highly sensitive people, symptoms they may experience, and strategies to use your extra sensitivity and empathy as a gift. The book is broken down into 7 tips to help you use your over sensitivity for the positive. There are multiple stories to help you connect and not feel alone in what you are experiencing. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels they are a highly sensitive person and needs some coping mechanisms to turn what might feel like a weakness into a strength.

Tremendous Resource
Kris Bayer has written a great book which can be used as a resource for anyone who listens to / reads it. The Narration by Dani Ryan is excellent as well. While listening to the book i was taking notes and due to quality of the narration i almost never had to pause or rewind to make my notes. To me this is the mark of a great narrating job on a resource guide like this.
The author says, The world wasn't designed for Highly Sensitive People and I totally agree. This Guide certainly helped me to to discover some habits i could put in place which will help me thrive. I am only getting started on this journey but i am super excited to use they strategies outlined.
The Top couple items i feel like i got from this book are:
A approach to self-acceptance and positivity, that will unlock my confidence. Additionally, i have taken away some strategies to navigate relationships with confidence and authenticity.
I am looking forward to using these things to help me thrive. Thank you for writing this book. I highly recommend it.
