Would you listen to The Highly Sensitive Person again? Why?
Yes. In fact, I have already listened to it twice! I learned SO MUCH about myself from this book. So many of those moments where, "I thought I was the only one!" or "So THAT's why!" I am even recommending people to listen to it rather than read it (although I would like to read it too), since the narrator's voice is so soothing and motherly. It was great to finally hear that I am okay the way I am! I liked learning about how HSP's have more sensitive nervous systems as well. I always felt so lame because I got disturbed so easily, and now I can simply accept my body the way that it reacts. I liked that this book dealt with both body and mind.
