Amazing Book That Helps You Embrace the Suck!

Coach Dar is a great teacher
I picked up this book after learning about Coach Dar from a media personality. I’m happy I did. The way I absorbed a lot of the information in this book is that “you have it in you”. Coach Dar gives advice on how to take a step back, re-evaluate and move forward in almost any situation. How to celebrate the smallest things, because those small things add up. I’d recommend this book to anymore.
