저자: 스벤 브링크만
스벤 브링크만덴마크 오르후스대학교와 대학원에서 철학과 심리학을 전공했고, 현재 알보그대학교 심리학과 교수로 재직 중이다. 심리학과 철학, 사회학은 물론 대중문화 전반에 걸친 폭넓은 지식을 바탕으로 활발한 저술 및 강연 활동을 하고 있다. 대표작 『스탠드펌』은 덴마크 서점가에서 106주 연속 베스트셀러에 올랐으며, 2015년에는 사회에 의미 있는 통찰을 준 대중 지식인에게 수여하는 권위 있는 상인 로젱크예르상을 수상했다. 이를 계기로 출연한 라디오 방송에서 유쾌한 철학 강의를 진행해 많은 이들의 호응을 받았고, 강의를 풀어낸 저서 『철학이 필요한 순간』을 펴냈다.
