Started strong, Ended poorly

Most of the book slowly builds the suspense and seeds are placed for a great conclusion. However, the last chapter thrusts the main character into a series of illogical moments that do nothing except make her accomplish the impossible in an unreasonable manner. Afterwords the entire series of events are just removed as if they were just simple effects.
