loved this book
The Devils due is great like all of the Breed books by Lora Leigh. And this narration of the story was really good. I love the fact that I can listen to some of my favorite stories and author's while driving to work sitting in traffic.

A Transitional Breed Story
Important events happen in this Breed novella that make it stand out. Things are changing in the Breed world. You won't want to miss this short listen if you're following the series. Kudos to Brianna Bronte for nailing the many accents that added to the story.

Actors voice
Steamy story for sure but the actors voice turns “evil villain” every time she portrays a male role. Weird

ITS BEEN FRUSTRATING FOR THE BREEDS SUPER FANS
The devil due doesn't leave a alot of rabbit holes. In fact I was listening to the whole series again. there was no rabbit hole announcing this book. Of course it leaves you great understanding of people in other books. I love this one. it would be nice to see the Devil have a wee one. Like I said in rambling words, this book was awesome entertaining well rewritten. No fluff. Perfect amount intriguing wonder i have only listened to this book. However I dont see my skimming over the fluff to get to the filling. Just like I don't fast-forward like I have to with alot of books.
*****ABOUT THE SERIES MORE OR LESS******
They leave so many rabbit holes. Worse then all the rabbit holes if you get a book ONCE A YEAR well then you happy. Cassy's book to date is the best book ever. Considering she has been deeply involved her book came with some very HIGH EXPECTATIONS. SHE NAILED IT .💗🤗 IT WAS CLEANED UP. NOT THE WEIR WAY AUTHORS FILL WORS QUOTA'S. They repeat phrases verbs sometimes some much its hard to finish the book. THIS BOOK WAS JUST LIKE CASSY'S. She didn't have a bunch of filler phrases. like "mop of curls, eyes too big for her face, blah blah. I have listened to Law Justice, Rule Breaker, the bangle tigers bros, Casey & this book Delvil due. when I get tired of waiting from my fav authors to put a book out. I also discovered I weird bc I love a series then the author starts a new one sometimes I like it sometimes I want to cry.

This one packed a punch!
I don’t remember this one being so good when I read it, but I’m going thru most of them again in audio. It must be Ms Bronte’s great Irish accent, she does such a great job. The storylines were great, leaving options for more escaping the European labs. Giving us more insight into Graeme’s situation, a little more on Cassie. Glad I decided to get this one. Just too short.

Not Lora's best
What would have made The Devil's Due better?
A prologue would have helped.
Would you ever listen to anything by Lora Leigh again?
Yes
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Brianna does a great job on all her works.
Any additional comments?
I have listened to all the breeds series and this was not her best story. I was lost from the beginning. When I finally realized where in her time line this book was set the story was over.
