Story
The world will drown beneath the waves...only the last mage can stop it. Vahly, the last mage, is the world’s biggest disappointment. Raised by the dragons, she was born to become the magical Earth Queen, the only one who can stop the Sea Queen’s mad plan to drown everything in existence. But there’s one problem: Vahly possesses no magic whatsoever. The oceans begin to rise, limiting the dragons’ hunting grounds and fouling their water supply, endangering their very home. Vahly can’t let the dragons she calls family die under the Sea Queen’s magic.

Story
As a cartography student, Jak has always dreamed of finding the lost dragon gate and exploring and mapping distant worlds. Developing magical powers and becoming a powerful wizard? Not a chance. But when he and his archaeologist mother unearth the gate, they attract the attention of the very wizards they sought to avoid. Even more troubling, Jak starts developing magical powers of his own, powers that could rival those of the great rulers.

Story
I walk into the bar with my pack, and I scent her straight away. She’s lying behind the counter with blood trailing from an injury to her head. My desire to protect her stuns me almost as much as her beauty. But it’s the smell of her blood that stuns me the most—it’s something not quite human. When she wakes up, her fear tells me all I need to know. She definitely thinks she’s mortal. I choose to disagree.

Bery poorly edited and written.
These box sets of books are a giant rip off of a credit. Part of me hopes that this was written by AI so no real author has to walk around with the shame of creating these books. Don’t do it. Just don’t even start this series. I am 20 books deep and I am still no where closer to any conclusions presented in the first books. It’s maddening. The writing drags on and you find yourself hoping they all just die so it can be over. The books go on and rewrite what happened in the previous books, for example, when Grace is in Jude’s room and Pierre comes in accusing her of being a wizard with a sword to her throat, Jude steps in and attacks Pierre and tells Grace to run. Grace runs……to her room….that is the last we know of until Pierre comes back and presents Grace with Jude’s stone as he is dead. So, in the next book when they reference this scene, it’s totally rewritten. They talk about Jude chasing Pierre and twist what originally happened. The story during is so poor that they mix up using he and she in sentences and names! It’s quite often and pisses me off because it shows me a lack of caring about what is being written. I also don’t find a single character that I do t want dead, they are all awful and you feel zero connection to any of them.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
