Incomparable

Timeless, magical, and not just for small people. I’m pretty certain Kipling would have been pleased.

so special and unique.

I grew up with this recording and I'm so glad to find it and be able to share with my child. Bobby Mcferrin's music is magical and Jack Nicholson is delightfully wicked as narrator.

A classic story made wonderfully new

I have always loved “the Elephant’s Child “and read it to my children many times. Jack Nicholson did a beautiful job of narrating and Bobby McFerrin’s vocal stylings were a delightful addition. You must add this to your Audible library, oh best beloved.

Whimsical Classic

I loved this version when I was a kid, and now my children do too. The music and the narration make it stand out when compared to other audiobooks featuring this same story.

A childhood favorite

This is one of my favorite childhood favorites. It has a stellar cast. Jack Nicholson and Bobbie McFerrin make such a pleasant and entertaining combination of talents. And I absolutely love Bobbie McFerrin's score & performance.
