About this listen

Before the worst day of their lives, wild horses could not pull them together. Now, nothing can tear them apart...or so they thought. A chance meeting, a bad decision, a stormy night - the fuse is lit to their most explosive 24 hours yet.

When the dead roam the streets, when enemies prowl in the shadows, and when strangers are not all they seem, the only people Wren and Robyn can rely on are each other.

They have fought through hell together, but now, for one of these sisters, today could be the end of everything.

Continues to wow!

The End of Everything: Book 3 by Christopher Artinian and narrated by Kim Bretton is another great addition to the series! Recommend if you’ve been following this series or looking for a new zompoc adventure with strong female leads.

Wren and Robyn continue to make their way through the zompie apocalypse. Every day is a struggle. Every day it’s a new threat. Who’s a friend? Who’s a foe? This time the sisters unknowingly venture into a cult. We get a good amount zombie action, but it’s not as intense at the previous books (lots of other dangers). The sister’s relationship continues to grow and the banter continues. I enjoyed the pop-culture references/jokes. I once again listened to this straight through (who needs to sleep?).

The narrator, Kim Bretton, did a wonderful job again. I love how she brings the sisters to life.

Overall, I highly recommend this series, but starting from the beginning. There’s a reason these books get so many 5 star reviews.

Parental guidance/trigger warnings: religious fanatics, physical abuse, some swearing throughout, violence, death, psychos, or similar subject matter.

Can’t get enough

I love these sisters so damn much! I love their sassy attitudes, their strength, power and connection. I want to have them as my sister. I never had one, just 3 brothers! They are bad ass and know how to kick ass. Still worried about what will happen when the ‘bad guys’ find them. They do have their picture. Anyway.... I love them, oh wait I already said that.
I found myself trying to imitate Kim Brettons beautiful accent and this north Louisiana born Texas transplant even made herself laugh! Her narration is exceptional.
Can’t wait for book 4!

Strong 3rd Entry

Even though there is not a lot that is new in this series, it really grows on you. The 1st book is a little slow, but don’t give up. The strong female protagonists really carry the day. They are very unique and interesting. The characters and plot continues to grow. There is enough action and character development to keep you interested till the end. Artinian and Bretton have hit their stride.

I hope Artinian writes books in other genres. He’s one to watch.

Wren and Robin meet the cult people

I love the dynamic between the sisters Wren and her older sister Robin.
In this one they meet up with some cult people and a little girl is who they want to protect.
The story expands and gets better with every book.

3rd of Series

This is the story of Wren and Robyn, sisters and characters from the series Safe Haven (if you haven’t listened to it I highly recommend you do). They run into many problems both humans and RAMs as they try to survive. They met a family consisting of Adam, Elizabeth, Matthew and Ruth that live in a monastery and is supposable secure but it is not as good as expected. A couple of other characters are Susan and Melissa. Recommend if you like zombies and is not just for young adults.
